Care Homes and Elderly Care Settings
Providing a high standard of care for older people requires both compassion and commitment from individuals. We know that consistency of care is particularly important.
We work very closely with each of the care homes we serve to make sure we know the home inside out. This means that you can count on our team to know and understand any specific requirements of the individual home as they provide support and companionship to older people, including those living with dementia.
Ultimately, our aim is to place staff who will fit in with the home’s existing staff and, crucially, the home’s residents. Our carers and nurses, spanning all levels of experience, are carefully selected and highly trained to meet the needs of any role that needs filling.
Hospital Settings
Our fully trained and experienced candidates deliver more than routine personal care. They’re also professionals who understand the importance of ensuring that each patient is treated with dignity and respect.

Learning Disability Care and Support Settings
All our support workers undergo thorough and specialised training, including CPI Safety Interventions training where required. This means Verve Health can help you to find the right people for every need.
All our candidates have extensive experience working with challenging behaviour and complex needs. They’re also fully committed to making sure that service users are empowered to make informed decisions that help to promote independent living.
For the safety of service users and colleagues, we only introduce you to staff who have experience and skills that are appropriate to your setting. Every support worker we place is fully briefed about you, your organisation and the role they are filling before they start work.
Mental Health Services
Verve Health team members can be found working in a large number of both private and charity-funded mental health services across the UK in settings ranging from supported living to emergency mental health admission units.
For the safety of your patients, we only introduce you to mental health professionals who have the right skills and experience to meet your needs.
Nursing and Residential Homes
Verve Health team members can be expected to provide assistance with activities of daily living or perform any other practical tasks that you need them to do. Of course, practical tasks are only half of any hands-on role in healthcare.
You can rely on our team to provide emotional support, to be a trusted companion and to show empathy and understanding to all residents. All Verve Health staff are trained to spot potential declines and changes in the health and wellbeing of residents, as well as being aware of how to identify the symptoms of many common conditions.

Domestic Assistants
